By accessing or using Bubbl.ooo (bubbl.ooo), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Description
Bubbl.ooo provides an AI-powered chatbot builder platform. You can create, train, and deploy chatbots on WhatsApp and websites. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with notice.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use Bubbl.ooo. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Bubbl.ooo for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited messages, to impersonate others, to distribute malware, or to violate any applicable laws including data protection regulations.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload to Bubbl.ooo. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide the service. Bubbl.ooo's platform, code, design, and branding remain our intellectual property.
Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are listed in INR for India and USD for international users. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Bubbl.ooo is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate your account for violation of these terms with notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chandigarh, India.
