Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with Bubbl.ooo. If you're not happy with your paid plan, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at billing@bubbl.ooo with your account email and reason for the refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds: partial month usage, add-on purchases (extra messages, custom domains) after 48 hours, enterprise custom contracts, and accounts terminated for terms violations.

Downgrades

If you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for mid-cycle downgrades.

Free Tier

The free tier has no charges and therefore no refund applies. Free tier accounts are never auto-deleted — your data stays safe indefinitely.
